What is USS Last Ship?

Your home away from home!

4 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths / 2000 sqft / .5 miles from B gate at NSWC Dahlgren!

USS Last Ship is designed for military students at ATRC: fully furnished & professionally managed.

Each room is rented at the commercial per diem rate of $98. Rooms 201 - 203 share a common bathroom upstairs while Room 204 is the Master Bedroom and has its own bathroom. Your lease will cover one room and grant you access to all common areas. If you do not have a CNA or have a "closed CNA", please email me for details on how we can help!

Security! The front door and each bedroom provides keypad security locks for access. Only you will have access to your room.

Military Rewards Program!

Military guests are automatically enrolled in our Military Rewards Program.
You earn nightly points based on the occupancy of the house:

5 points per night @ 1 room occupied
7 points per night @ 2 rooms occupied
10 points per night @ 3 rooms occupied
15 points per night @ 4 rooms occupied.

At the end of your stay, we will convert all of your points in to Amazon Gift Card dollars at a rate of 1 point = 1 Amazon Dollar. This means that if you stay by yourself for 90 days, you'll earn a $450 Amazon gift card. If you and a friend stay, you'll both earn a $630 Amazon gift card. It doesn't matter if you know the other guests or not, you'll still receive the increased rate of points based on the # of guests. We want to REWARD you for bringing friends or making new ones!

Lastly, if you refer someone who decides to stay with USS Last Ship for at least 14 days, we will reward you with 100 rewards points ( that's a $100 amazon gift card! )

We put you in contact with our Property Manager and they send you an electronic lease to sign.

(This is critical for your travel claim!)

You sign the lease, we prep your room for embarkation and 24-48 hours prior to arrival we issue you the electronic key codes to the house and your room.
